We are currently looking to hire Customer Support Agents to provide a friendly, professional, and helpful interaction to our customers. 

Ideal Candidate

  • Must be well-spoken, able to speak fluent English
  • Must have prior customer service experience
  • A good work history
  • Comfortable with making and receiving calls to potential and current customers.
  • Answering email questions quickly and accurately.
  • Basic Computer Skills are a must.
  • Welcoming and friendly personality.
  • Must be able to critically think through an issue and provide solutions to the customers.
  • Be able to help drive and promote higher customer satisfaction scores and reviews.
  • In the Zapopan or Guadalajara Area

Provide customer service through the following channels:

  • Phone
  • Email
  • Chat

Handle questions about the orders they have placed or plan to place and address any issues.

This is not a sales job, there is no cold calling, and there are no campaigns, this is a customer service job for our existing customers and users who reach out to us because they want to use our services
